Custom minted in the USA at the SilverTowne Mint in Winchester, Indiana using pure .999 fine silver bullion. Exclusive to SilverTowne, the obverse of this hand-painted/hand-enameled round features the Eucharist with rays of light surrounding it along with a chalice, the Bible, a rosary, and bread and grapes (wine) symbolizing the last supper. The enameling features a golden chalice, gold trim paper on the open Bible and cross along with brown beads on the rosary and purple/wine-colored grapes. The words "FIRST COMMUNION" curve around the top of the design. The reverse features our standard current year-dated back with the weight and purity designation of "ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER" displayed below the area designated for engraving.
